About Taylor
Certified Anger Management Specialist
Hi, I’m Taylor, a certified life coach and anger management specialist with over 10 years of experience helping individuals regain control over their emotions and build healthier, more fulfilling lives. I specialize in helping clients manage anger, improve communication, and navigate high-stress situations with confidence.
I developed my anger management courses—ranging from 4 to 12 hours—that are approved by the court system, which means I’m able to help those who are required to complete court-mandated programs, as well as individuals seeking personal growth and emotional balance.
I became passionate about this work after witnessing the powerful impact of emotional regulation in my own life and the lives of those around me. There’s nothing more fulfilling than helping someone regain control, move past their emotional hurdles, and lead a more peaceful and productive life.
